"The staff were fabulous from first greeting, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights, room was excellent, clean and with good amenities. Food quality of breakfast and dinner was first class, good choice and cooked to order. Portion sizes were huge! Despite being here on business the hotel is well placed and very relaxing. "Too hot the radiator outside our room was too hot to touch but could not be turned off,consequently even with the window open our room wasbuncomfortably hot. Not very environmentally friendly. "

"Eaay to find. Good safe parking area. Friendly efficient staff. Room small but clean. Room well decorated. Good shower Toilet ran after flushing. Door to bathroom dudnot open fully and i stubbed my toe in the night. Great value"

"This hotel is very well appointed and in a great location for Hathersage and the surrounding areas for walks. The rooms were fabulous and very well equipped with coffee pod machine and lovely luxury toiletries. The breakfast was superb. We had the best stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit. "
