"Everything was great. I would suggest cleaning the windows so that guests could enjoy the view from their rooms. We had an amazing view that was ruined by terrible water streaks on the glass. Also the room service took quite a while so order in advance. Other than that the staff was very nice and helpful, I would recommend this hotel."

Being very early the room was not ready but we were shown where we could change/freshen up, leave our bags and headed to the beach, a great way to start our stay. "This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai."
