"Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. "

"We anxiously awaited our stay at Point Pleasant, and it was everything we had hoped. The views were amazing, our villa was cozy. The staff was attentive and helpful. We ate several meals at Sun & Sea Bar and Grill and it was always delicious. There are several great beaches only a short drive away. We hope to return again! "

"The staff made everything easy from the start. Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. During our stay, the power went out due to the hurricane, but the hotel had a generator, so everything continued running without issue. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. "Great spot. Close to beach and dinning. "

"The beds in both rooms were great. We enjoy a firmer bed so they were just perfect. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store at the bottom of the hill and you can take a short taxi to additional options. The owners and management team were very thoughtful with the additional amenities within the unit!! We cooked breakfast and two dinners and had all the utensils. The coffee options were amazing!!"

"It was a great experience, very attentive staff, smiling and helping the customer at all times. I had originally booked a mountain view king size room and was kindly offered the ocean view room. Front desk asking after you check in if everything is fine with the room and also checking on the night before check out. Special thanks to David and Vicki from front desk."

"We had an absolutely amazing time at this condo! The space is incredibly roomy, with two full bathrooms, a separate bedroom, and two large TVs—one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The dining area is also spacious, and we enjoyed our meals while taking in the stunning beach view—it was truly beautiful.
