"First of all, the view is unbeatable. At first, we were worried because of the thought we were booking a ski hotel in summer. But of course, the pyrenees are also beautiful in summer. The staff (especially the receptionist with the ponytail) was very polite. We had the rooms on the left side of the hotel that were older, but no need to worry, because the rooms are very clean! The rooms are getting cleaned everyday with great care."

"On the one hand, the rooms are good (clean and spacious); but on the other hand, the service level is unsatisfactory (our reservation was lost and English at the front desk was so-so). If you need to save money then the rooms are good for a few nights, but if you care more about reliability then try some place else! "
