"I had a great stay at Arlo Washington DC. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The common areas are stylish and well maintained, creating a wonderful atmosphere. My only suggestions for improvement are that the air conditioning only goes down to 68°F, which felt a bit warm at night, and the curtains are not fully blackout, allowing morning light into the room. Other than these two minor issues, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and...

"We have stated here in the past and always love to come back when visit DC. My only negatives this time was the hotel seemed very busy and crowded and seemed a bit understaffed. Restaurant services was slow and servers inattentive; valet and check in also took sone time but staff very friendly. The bathroom also had a slight sewer odor from sink or toilet, not sure. The pool was very crowded so did not swim."
