"I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

"The room we received did not match the photos shown when booking. The furniture was not very clean — there were visible handprints on the chairs, and one of the bath towels was dirty and stained. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold and was very noisy. The air conditioner seemed very old, made a lot of noise, and did a poor job of cooling the room. "Love the LVP flooring instead of carpet. Loved the colors/decor. Nice strong hot shower. Comfy bed and soft sheets. Not a big deal but maybe a way to keep the curtain closed so the light doesn’t come in so bright in the morning. Overall Great and great location"

"This place reeked of marijuana the second I walked through the front doors! It permeated the ENTIRE building! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There were people partying across the hall from us and we heard their music and them being loud until pretty late. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to sleep and rest, I would advise you to stay somewhere else."

"What an amazing staff!!!!! I left an article of clothing and they found it and shipped it to me! They went way above and beyond!! We met one of the managers I think Maddi was her name and she was amazing - their customer service is a 20/10!!!! The room was great too, what a wonderful experience we had! "Room was clean just needed to be detailed a bit more. The patio smoking area needed attention but it's a smoking area so what do you expect? The hotel was decent, if I was on the payroll I would of detailed the room and made sure the carpeting in the hallways was vacuumed daily. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I loved the later check out time too. I plan on staying here again. It's close to town and the horse park."
