"Great location, good beach and walking trail"

"Rummet var stor (för 3 pers) med två toaletter och kokvrå,det fanns tarlikar,bestyck ock kastrull, liten spis samt kylskåp , städning och byte av handdukar dagligen.Bra luftkonditionering.Behövs nya madrasser eller sängar ( inte så bekväma och det gnistrar när man vänder sig i sängen).Det finns två strand en liten och en stor och man kunde hyra solsängar och parasol för 5 € / dag,på den större strand Den mindre strand var dyrare där solsängar kostade 10€. Men om man tog parasol kostade 15...

". Breakfast is delicious . Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Balconies are a beautiful way to unwind after long touristy days. . Healthy distance from Dubrovnik, meaning you are close but do not feel the overcrowded"

"Beautiful villa right on the beach. Spacious and clean. Loved the beach area and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use. The area around the hotel has many restaurants and is all walkable. We took an uber to Dubrovnik and cost about 12 dollars."

"We paid for a room with a water view. This property does not have a water view. The a/c in the living room did not work."

"What I liked was closeness to Bascarsija and other city great places to visit. What I did not like how air conditioning system worked. I am used to American standards and this was a little bit different as air conditioning system would stop working whenever you open doors and windows. Otherwise staff was accommodating and tried to solve any issues I have addressed."

"Spacious rooms. Pleasant staff. Pizza and breakfast downstairs was great for us travelling with kids all at extra fees. Location is ok to be out of the busy city centres. We took ubers everywhere and mostly it was fine. There is a Receptionist to deal with issues at the property but they won’t be helpful with city guides. There’s a tourist Center next door. It’s a bit of hotel and a bit of apartment. There is a stove but no cookware. There’s silverware but no knife. Hot water is also an issue....
