With only one member of staff, doing the best she could, it was still quite a long wait. The hotel could benefit from online pre-checkin. The hotel was ok in every respect, close to the train station and central Brussels however it’s very much of a budget hotel. The value for money was good."

"For the price, the room was small with no amenities worth the money. The TV had about 20 channels with just a couple of them in English. There was no chair in the room to sit. No AC, no tea kettle, no electric adapter….. leaves many with the basics found wanting. Ah…. The plastic glasses were the saving grace and the table fan picked up from reception circulated the air. "部屋はすごく綺麗だった。 ホテルとしては最高だと思う。 空港から徒歩で向かうには問題ないが、車で向かうとホテルの位置やフロントがどこにあるか分からず、たどり着くのに時間を要した。 また、所々にホテルへの矢印はあるものの、どうやらそれは間違っているらしく、その看板については空港側の問題だからと言われ、駐車代金については払われなかった。 朝早いチェックアウトだったが、フロントに人がいなくてどうすればいいのか分からなかった。 英語を喋れないと基本辛いです。 部屋のテレビは回線が混み合っているという表示のため見れなかった。 空港への移動は徒歩で行けるので楽でした。 高いお金を払って良かったと思えるのはこのことだけでした。"

"We stayed for two nights. Room was very clean, comfortable and had AC!!!!! Manuel wnt above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we were in Brussels. Breakfast was average for a European hotel, no complaints but don't expect American fare/quantity. Location was easy to get to, parking options exist."

"The hotel (and restaurant) is located on a main road near the airport, with frequent bus connections to Brussels North railway station. The city centre is about 40 minutes away (a bit more during rush hour), but connections are frequent and rarely crowded. It's not a big chain hotel and the prices were fair, so my expectations were not very high - but the hotel surprised me. A comfortable, large, clean room, with a mini fridge and all the facilities one might need. Very friendly, helpful staff....
