"The front staff were very helpful and downstairs luggage storage was very convenient for the guests.
However, the reason I am giving 3 stars out 5 is because both rooms I stayed in ( one on 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor) had water drainage issues. The sink was clogged up and the showers too. The water won’t drain while showering.
Air conditioning was not not working at night when the temperature dropped. The rooms were cold with a very small comforter."

"This was our first time traveling with our baby and we had an excellent stay here! All the staff were so kind and accommodating. We loved the kid robe and the cute plush that came with the crib. Drinks at the bar were awesome (shout out to Claudia) and we enjoyed the amenities offered in the room and lobby. Would highly recommend for its central location, great staff, and comfortable rooms!"
