"Neat old hotel with lots of upgrades/updates. Remember that floor 4 is street level and floor 1 is river level. Easy check in/out and everyone was friendly. Food at Broken Keel was good, server had an off day and was a bit grouchy, but fine. Location was great. Trolly tour picks you up just down the street. "

"It was quiet and comfortable. No above and beyond service but well enough. Rooms need occasional deep cleaning. It was musty smelling and dust built up in corners and such. The valet guy failed to tell us there is 15 minute free parking around the corner when we asked about unloading so that was annoying. All in all it was a quick stay and was clean enough which is my main concern."
