"En arrivant j ai ete preleve de 4 chambres. Hors j avais reserve 2 chambres avec 2 lits.la petsonne du dimanche matin tres desagreable. Ne voulait rien savoir...
De plus, l endroit pour le petit dejeuner est tres restreint pour le nombre de petsonnes etant ds l hotel ce week end..."

"Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking!

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful.
The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4.
We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room.
Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel.
Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great.
However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "

"Le personnel à l'accueil était très courtois . La chambre en revanche était dans un état d'usage très avancé. Salle de bains très limite, placard de rangement en très mauvais état. Nécessaire de cuisine inexistant .
Lit assez confortable, pas de linge de toilette à l'arrivée . L'accueil a fait le nécessaire, pas de produit de toilette ni de nécessaire pour la vaisselle .
Enfin mon sejour à été écourté d'une nuit et aucune possibilité de remboursement, aucun contact possible en direct ni par...
