"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful.
The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4.
We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room.
Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel.
Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great.
However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "

"This hotel made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The spa was especially wonderful and made it a perfect place to relax after exploring. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers."

"En réservant depuis hôtel.com , l’hôtel va proposer une chambre au rez de chaussée et on se retrouve avec une chambre dont la climatisation fait un bruit infernal toute la nuit et empêche catégoriquement de dormir. Les faits ont été signalé auprès de la réception qui confirme le problème "

"Bad first impression looks rundown very dated inside too all very empty - woman on reception no customer service skills no smile tried to charge us twice. Room very clean but not even a china cup just 2 paper cups no teaspoons and awful poor selection of coffee/ tea. Had to put kettle on floor to heat as cable too short.
I know it's off season but some customer service would be nice. Great view of sea don't bother booking a room without a sea view as it made the stay better. Cracked broken...

"Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking!
