"First off - the staff were so amazing, kind and helpful! The view of the pyramids from their restaurant balcony is epic too, to be able to sit out, have breakfast (breakfast included was decent!) and look out to the Pyramids is wonderful. The area of Giza itself is definitely an older and run down area, as you pull up it seems like the hotel won't be nice. But once you get inside, it looks good for a hotel in the area. We stayed as a family of four for two nights, and Giza as a whole is just a crazy and chaotic city, so for that reason I don't think we'd come back to Giza. If we did, we'd likely stay in a higher end hotel for a little more calm and peace (all higher end hotels were fully booked other than very expensive suites when we booked) "

"Room was ok just very noisy because of location to rooftop restaurant. Hotel is fine for a night or two if you’re visiting pyramids."

"All the above and when I asked the Front desk if I need to tip the the hotel doorman for helping with the luggage, the answer was ...NO SIR ALL SERVICES ARE INCLUDED...This Management Policy shows a Great deal of respect and commitment to the Tourist Industry and obviously reflects greatly to the Egyptian people overall. "Stunning views of the Pyramids from breakfast terrace and wonderful local breakfast. Rooms spotlessly clean with international TV channels BBC, France 24, Al Jazerah, CNN and several free movie channels. ALL staff at reception could not have been more helpful in organizing taxi's, private tour and transport to the new Grand Egyptian Museum, to Memphis and the Pyramids. Overall, good value for money in a safe hotel environment for international solo or group travellers. The only reservation I have about the hotel which is located on the top three floors of a residential building (11/12/13th Floors) is that if there would be an electrical blackout, the lift would not work and 12 flights of stairs is a long way to climb to reception."
