Khách sạn Awsim

"This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and...

"Very nice property and amenities. Our only issue was the slow drain in the shower the would overflow out of the shower door into the bathroom area floor."

"Wonderful staff, incredible room, scrumptious breakfast. The only hotel to stay in when in Cairo"

"Tour buses and vans use a different entrance (farther from registration desk) than limo/taxis. Floor plan can be a bit confusing at first, especially arriving very tired at night."

"Fabulous staff and amenities."

"We enjoyed our stay so much and only regret not being able to stay longer. Everything was amazing, from the service and cleanliness to the hospitality. Thank you to the staff."

"The lobby and common areas as well as the restaurants were clean and kept up, but the rooms were dirty with tattered, stretched out carpeting. My bed had a decorative pillow on it that was stained."

"Excellent hotel close to Cairo airport. The customer service and the staff is top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and many options."

"Muy buena calidad, limpio, amables, mejor que en el shert@n donde nos hospedamos los días siguientes, la comunicación es lo único ur podía haber estado mejor porque aunque nos decían que si entendían no nos comprendían y tuvimos algunos malos entendidos pero de verdad es una joyita en cuanto a relación precio cálidad y amabilidad."

"The South Tower is very old and room is very small. The next day I switch to north tower which is part of my Viking cruise. it is completely different. More upscale and roomier. I wish I know it before I booked. I still have two more nights after finishing my Viking tour. I will talk to front desk and hopefully I can find a way to stay in North Tower instead of South Tower."

"Staff were excellent and made our stay special. Pool staff went over and beyond. Not many amenities around but easy to get an uber around. Food was great too! No complaints about this stay!"

"Really nice hotel in a superb location just by the Nile. Busy location so it can be a bit noisy on weekend nights but didn’t impact me at all. Found good restaurants and bars close to the hotel, we ate very good breakfast and dinner at the Geidea, Pottery Bar for food, tea and shisha, everything. For an experience like a local try outdoors Poshenki bar. The Maxim Nile Cruise is not far and even went kayaking as it was only a 2 minute walk from us. There’s a Metro supermarket just opposite,...
