"We got free shuttle service from the airport because we booked for 3 days which was very nice after a long trip overseas. The staff at Best View Pyramids Hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the staff at breakfast in the mornings. The included breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from and was very tasty. "

Airport transportation was arranged, however no one was there to pick us up. After haggling with a cab driver to get to the hotel we arrived at a decrepit building in bad repair.
