"The staff was very friendly and attentive, they were actually at the front desk and not tucked away in a back office. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool and sauna area was well maintained. WiFi was nice to have as we did not have the best cell coverage in the area. If I were to have a complaint the beds are a little firm for our liking."

"When I arrived, I loved how organized the front desk was so it was quick and easy to check in. We stayed only one night, but it was quiet, relaxing after a long car ride. I enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean and professional and then I also enjoyed the waffles the next morning. Definitely gotta check into the waffle batter all in all. We’ll be back for another trip. "Only hotel in area honestly a little pricy in my opinion for a standard room .. almost 200 a night is HIGH but since they have the monopoly of the area I guess they are able to charge so much because there is no other place to stay unless you are adding an hour commute into Iron Mountain "
