"I loved how historic the hotel and area is. It gives a great idea of what Guadalajara is all about. Staff is super nice & helpful. Everything was really clean. Only thing is that we did have some water issues, which is understandable considering how historical the hotel is. Other than that, the hotel and location was lovely. "
