"booked the hotel for a night at around 9 pm and arrived at the property at around 11 pm. As soon as we got into the room, we noticed that there was no AC and asked to check out and get a refund (mind you we were only on the property for less than 10 mins) they did not grant it even though the listing on hotels.com does not mention that the property does not have AC. not helpful customer service/staff. and the rooms look nothing like the images, they clearly posted a picture of their best room."

"El desayuno es Regular le falta sazón a la comida mala calidad y el servio de limpieza llego abrir la habitación sin permiso mientras yo dormía aun habiendo puesto el cartel de no molestar. Las chicas de recepción muy amables excelente servicio. En el parqueo no podía salir el tiket me daba invalido hasta q llego 10 minutos después el vigilante a habrír la pluma . La habitación muy bonita limpia y agradable."
