"Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, Good breakfast...walking distance to restaurants, other places"

"Bedroom suite we had was amazing. Two bathrooms and the extra space was a huge bonus. Exploring the hotel and plaza area was very interesting and our kids loved it too. Parking is kind of annoying and valet tried charging us extra at the en of our stay. "

The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. "We chose this hotel for opening day. We had to store our luggage all day and go to the game without getting into our room. I didn’t receive a call to let us know it was ready until 6pm. I understand it’s a very busy day but I’ve stayed at the Hyatt the last several opening days and have always been about to get into the room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and I would choose to stay there again for a regular game but not opening day. "

"We were in town for a concert. Was a nice stay within walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast was really good and hot options not the typical cold cereal and bagels. Room was clean loved how spacious the bathroom was so the two of us could navigate around to get ready without being in each other’s way. No microwave etc in room but plenty of places to walk to for great food and nightlife. "

"Graduate Cincinnati is my go to location when I visit family in Cincinnati. It is centrally located but, better than that, is the hotel amenities. "

"The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room "

"The check in and out staff were amazing. Friendly, efficient and so accommodating to our requests. Lisa, Amanda and Kim were all amazing for their attention to detail. Comfy bed and pillows and great water pressure in the shower. Definitely would recommend "

"The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Carpets are gross and sticky in the rooms. I saw some mold accumulating in the shower. Staff was extremely attentive and kind, but overall would not recommend nor stay again. "

"This was our third stay at this hotel. We had to wait in the lobby during check-in for them to “inspect” our room. When we got to our room, the floor was sticky, there were no wash clothes, no soap, and the shampoo was empty. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. We were trying to get ready to go out for dinner at this point. So, I went downstairs to get it from someone else. The lady that answered the phone about shampoo knocked on our door 2...

"It was clean, no bathroom stuff like haircap and no lotion and stuff like that ,and also no breakfast this morning. Pillows also very uncomfortable. "
