"We had a great stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The entire property was very clean. Our only complaint was -we did not feel the breakfast was anywhere near worth the $81 for 3 adults both in quality and portions."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff was the best part of the visit for me. After another hotel cancelled my room for overbooking as I was arriving in town, I had to scramble to find another room. I called and they immediately verified they had a room available and got me all set up 10 minutes before I got to the property. Their kindness was very appreciated and if i return to Cincinnati, I will stay here again!"

"Great room even with a view of the alley! only wish there was a bathtub! Bed was comfortable and spacious room with chair and ottoman. Really a pretty special hotel in Cincinnati! I had dinner at the restaurant and had a great server / experience. Highly recommend."

"The room was showing its age. Some staining on chair & there was a stale funny smell on our entire floor & room. The drain in sink was full of hair so not well cleaned & draining was slow. A/C took a long time to cool room. For the price I would’ve gone to a different hotel. Would be nice to have some complimentary coffee in lobby as w E didn’t have much time to go in restaurant for a single cup. Parking for valet was a Bit tight with traffic zooming by."
