"We recently stayed at the MGM Casino in Springfield, and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff member who helped us was very polite. Our room was spotless and nicely appointed. Although it was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the shower was fantastic. Our view looked out over the street, which at night was especially beautiful with all the white lights. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel...

"To avoid checking in at midnight, we needed early check-in. All great with check in and I forgot my printed tix to go to Big E AND Train concert. Santori (sp?) helped with all and set us up beautifully. Thanks for everything Great location and wonderful service--all the rest good as one expects- clean, a breakfast that meet the needs of lo carbers and syrup lovers alike, endless coffee, etc, etc. All with nice smiles and care.
