"The rooms was lacking the needs like towels robes. I got locked out my room and I was told by staff to come downstairs and get the key. I got woken up in the middle of the night when they didn’t want to replace or give me towels in a roll. Staff was very inconsiderate when I told them that I had just gotten locked out of my room and they wanted me to come get the key and I did not have any clothes on thank God. "The place was amazing, and the staff was amazing. I had an awesome stay. I remember some stuff names like Alexa, Romaine, and Tabwen, to name a few. The property is nice and clean. I just had a blast and enjoyed the infinity pool. The food was incredibly delicious, and it was served in a fancy restaurant setting."

"Sunset at the Palms was unlike any other resort we have stayed at. The rooms are like treehouses, with a main bedroom, a bathroom, and otherwise surrounded by nature. Other reviews mention the property being dated, which is true, but the staff handle any issues with timeliness and kindness. "The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."

"Our stay was at the tail end of our trip so that could have been why the score was lower. We didn't realize how loud it would be on the strip and that there was a club just down the street that kept us up until about 4am. The staff was really great however, they worked with us so we could have a later check out to catch up on sleep."
