The only thing i can complain about is the shower soap. it's awful. doesn't lather at all, leaves you feeling sticky & has a weird scent. Swept Away-do better for the girls.. everything else is magical. Make sure you upgrade to the beach veranda rooms, you won't regret it."

"Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. "

"This beach is not the actual beach but in a bay. Still a good experience but you do have to walk about 1/4 a mile to get the beach experience you desire."
