Short drive to Waltham cross station if you fancy getting a train a couple of stops into Stratford for shopping. Would visit again. Thanks"

"All of the staff went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional. The room was lovely and big and the beds very comfy. Was a little disappointed with the spa which is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Don’t book a treatment but the treatment rooms looked nice and relaxing "
