"This is a wonderful property to look at historically, but unfortunately is pretty far from anywhere you want to go in central London, not the best part of town and I would only recommend for people who are hoping to stay to see a truly beautiful historical inn, and a very nice staff."

"Was not aware this was not a hotel with daily housekeeping device when I booked the reservation. Employees where great/ very clean.. twin bed were really small.. my sister fell out the bed rolling over in here sleep."

"Not the most attractive of locations but the hotel staff were all excellent and the rooms v clean and comfortable. Bar team attentive and housekeeping helpful and courteous. Car park is undergoing attention but get past that and it's a valued spot. "

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "
