"Showed up at 11:30 pm right as the restaurant was closing because my train was late to a massive line at check in and very slow service. When I reached the front finally the person told me to wait as if I hadn’t already been doing that for 30 + min after a brutal travel day. She was very nice and helped me out to get checked in. "The hotel was clean, the staff especially at the restaurant and bar are amazing. Breakfast spread was something to talk about- the spread was really something never seen in other restaurants.
On the down side, getting to this hotel proved to be a nightmare! Too close for the airport cabs, not easily accessible by train, and too far to walk with your luggage and suitcases. And the hotel does not have an airport drop off or pick up transportation.
