"If I could have chosen a negative zero I would have. DO NOT stay here. The resort smells like a septic tank, the food is not edible, the rooms are gross and the staff does not smile. Maybe they just don’t like Americans I don’t know. Regardless, stay clear of this one, there’s plenty others to choose from. "

"Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...

"Will definitely stay here again. Although our room faced the main road we enjoyed the view! Front office staff is very efficient and was quick to respond if we needed anything. The building is very clean and security staff and cleaning ladies are so nice! The only negative comment we have is that the WiFi in the apt was poor at times but if you went up to the pool area on the roof it was strong! The view from the pool rooftop is spectacular! If you don’t have a car it’s easy to just hail a taxi as they go by constantly. Highly recommend Arihini!"
