"We didn't even stay the night as the neighbor next door was screaming at the other occupants in their room (including kids). I was promised a full refund for the poor quality of the room (that had a shower that was not cleaned - hair - unclean floor and stained bedsheets) and they instead, charged my credit card over and over again so much that it was automatically locked and I had to get a new card, and I am STILL fighting the charge a week later. Don't book a stay!!!"

"No water in pool couldn’t get to the gym. Didn’t get breakfast any morning elevator smelled like weed. Floor was stained and didn’t have a microwave in one of my rooms toilet kept running they don’t clean the bathroom or rooms at all. "

"I’m not sure how new this location is, but it definitely had a nice, brand new look and feel to the place. I was very happy with the way the property, the lobby, and the room looked. We booked the room last minute and was very pleased with everything that came with the room. It was spacious and comfortable which is exactly what we were looking for. Was hoping that the pool would’ve been a bit warmer to go for a quick dip, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The only critique I would give is to make sure that the shower has a bit longer curtain on it. It wasn’t quite long enough to cover the bottom of our shower and so the floor got a bit wet. No worries for us, we cleaned it up right away but I can see where, down the road, the hits may have issues with water inside the bathrooms from less careful and courteous guests. But beyond that, it was a great stay! Loved the room. Would definitely stay here again. PS - Very good bacon from the complimentary breakfast. And nice dining area as well! "
