"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."

"Beautiful hotel nestled in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, with stunning views. Very convenient if you want to visit the national park, but less convenient for other attractions (the Grand Canyon, the city centre and the Tianmen Mountain Gate). The breakfast offers a good balance of Western and Eastern flavours. The food is also excellent. Special mention goes to the receptionist, Tiffany. She was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us arrange transportation to the...

"The staff were very helpful especially for planning tours and laundry completed on time as requested. Rooms were modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was sufficient and not crowded. Afternoon tea was welcome after sightseeing."

"The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well."

"Great stay"

"Everything was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. The property is really close to the national forest park. We really recommend staying here!"

"Everything was really perfect and lovely"

"If I could give this place 6/5 stars, I would. The staff were SO helpful and they provided complimentary shuttle service to the train station, and to tianmen mountain."

"Wir hatten eine durchaus gute Zeit vor Ort. Das Personal ist toll und auch das hauseigene Restaurant war super! Leider ist die Anlage selbst stark in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht unbedingt den Bildern die online veröffentlicht sind."

"Great location, walkable to everything close to the tunnel / walk with several great restaurants and massage and nail and lots of stuff… I actually walked back from Zangjiajie park … though it was close enough Staff was so nice and helped me book several attractions… , room could use some painting but I loved their fancy toilet bidet !!!"

"The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we...

"It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

"La terraza tiene una vista increíble de las montañas, nos quedamos ahí esperando el atardecer, es una vista espectacular. El área común tiene sofás muy cómodos, perfecta para platicar y descansar con nuestros amigos."

"시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요"

"Didn’t really like anything the picture is not the real hotel they put a picture of another building ( 72 wonders) the hotel name in English is different from the real name hotel , I had a hard time finding the hotel , taxi driver left me in another place, had to take another taxi and even when I found the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place , the location was also in a residential place with no restaurants around with English menu , the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, people were...
