"The hotel has a great location, very close to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Park as well as the bus station. There are many restaurants located nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful with recommendations on what to see in the National Park and nearby areas."

"經驗非常不好，因在訂房時詳細閲讀附帶的資料，說明房內有浴缸，但到店時前台說全店沒有這設備，另外在hotel.com訂房時用的信用咭，前台也說不能用，因他們收不了國際信用咭，大家應明白，這是誰的責任了吧！"
