"Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience."

"Hotel is located in the mid of market. It helps in going around shopping as well.Food was great. Rooms are spacious and good hospitality. Also reception was very cooperative and allowed 2 hrs of extension in check out due to flight delay.House keeping is Great. Overall Very Good Stay."
