As a person who works hard so I can travel alot, improvement is needed with the amount of time food takes to reach the table. Not sure of there are not enough cooks in the back? Dinner was a 2 out of 10 and way too many American options. We are in Peru, one of the culinary capitals of the world. More traditional dishes are needed. Only reason we didn't go elsewhere was to not be rude since we already sat down. Breakfast, Juan is an amazing waitor, his personality and kindness"
