"The staff were nice, location great, but the hotel was not as described, no breakfast available to purchase, no pool, no spa, coffee / tea only on arrival, no gym, no room safe, room not serviced for the full 4 nights we stayed. "

"Good central hotel close to the Old Town and near bars and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet. We did feel the cleaning standard could be improved - on moving the bedside table to access plugs there was quite a lot of dust behind them, the shower drain was blocked which meant our bathroom got flooded on day two and we had to ask for basic items to be replenished a couple of times. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful though, particularly Bogdan. Similarly...
