"It is strange that the sleeping rooms are not carpeted. They have vinyl plank flooring. Also, I had called ahead to ask for an early check in, but was denied. I was told we could check in 1/2 hour early, but we needed 1 hour. The hotel was nowhere near full so clearly there were plenty of rooms already made up, but they were not willing to accommodate us, so we had to change our plans. We will not be staying there again."

"my main quibble was that I didn't like the coffee and I wished there were trays to take the breakfast back to the room, as my husband is disabled. Really liked the black out shade system and the ac system was good because it was easy to set on fan so that the ac wasn't coming on and off all night. Staff was very helpful and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping."

"Overall cleanliness was very good. The only opportunity was the carpeting in the hallways which looked like it could use cleaning. The hotel room was clean and in good repair."
