"The property was a very good value. Breakfast is awesome! It was quite nice and in a very good location - very close to the market, short walk to Kanazawa Castle, the park and the gardens. The baths were very nice and they even have an outdoor one that has walls on all sides but is open to the sky...it was snowing when we were there which was cool. Great place to stay."

"We had most wonderful time there. It’s different one of the most special experiences we had. We had panoramic views of the bay from our room and amazing omakase dinner with unlimited alcohol included. We also loved the beautiful minimal design and amazing hospitality from the stuff. Lastly, don’t miss the dolphin cruise! We had the most closeup encounters with wild dolphins. It was definitely a cherry-on-top experience for the whole trip. "

"住宿方面非常好，面對湖景，很美，房間亦很整潔。 事前約了酒店人員來接我們，非常友好。但是發電郵給他們，幾天都不回覆，再追問才給回覆。我們其中一人不吃牛肉，在電郵清楚表明，酒店亦回覆接受我的要求，但真正吃東西時，完全沒人知道要我們有特別要求，向老闆娘再說，才再安排，上菜方面，非常慢，吃完所有食物還沒上其餘的菜！連吃完東西的器皿更沒人收拾，很差！食物方面，美味的，但不精緻！很失望！入餐廳更無人招呼！"
