We had a wonderful stay at Sultanhan Hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent with beautiful views over Istanbul.
A special thank you to EMEL for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made every breakfast a pleasure and helped make our stay truly memorable.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the poor level of service and the unprofessional attitude displayed by many staff members. Whenever assistance was requested, employees either shrugged their shoulders or simply ignored our concerns altogether.
The cashier at the coffee shop was particularly rude and displayed an unpleasant attitude that was completely unacceptable in a hospitality environment. In addition, housekeeping failed to clean our room...
