"Pleasantly surprised!! Queen suite.was perfect! Clean room, hallway, and rooms to each side of me were quite. Breakfast was good. My AC went out and me and my dog needed a place to stay close by. The ice machine on my floor did not work, no kleenex in the room, but very comfortable stay."

She really didn’t give us any information so we were a little disappointed in that."

"Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice. Room was spacious, but floors felt dirty and there wasn’t hot water, only warm water. Waiting at least 5 minutes for the water in the sink to warm up enough for me to wash my face and the water in the shower never got hot, just warm. Breakfast on weekend doesn’t start until 7:00."

"This is not a 4 star property by any means. It’s a little run down, overpriced, very basic room, good enough to shower and sleep. It’s located at the edge of the plaza district, very nice part of town, easy drive to downtown and other districts. Self parking in the garage was easy enough, $30/day."

We don't like their policy of staying 3 nights with no room service, waited 4 night before doing clean up room. We had to go get clean towels every day. "It was very nice, they have been redoing it. They don’t leave enough cups, coffee, tea, or water in the room. If you have 2 queen beds, you check to see how many are in the room and leave stuff accordingly. Mold in shower"

Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...
