"Location was all wrong for us, it would have been perfect for young couples that want to party. Missed that parking wasn't free and got charged an addl $24. They also had an obnoxiously noisy wedding staying on the same floor that work me out of a dead sleep. The desk didn't ask about our stay. Wonder?"

"For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. There’s a pool but no whirlpool as promised. I’ll definitely plan my next stay closer to my daughter’s campus, the drive, the experience and the lack of food choices negate the savings on the hotel. The blonde woman at the desk is a peach, love her. "

I could tell it was a sketchy place as soon as I showed up and if my booking did not say no refunds, I would have took my money back and spent 40 more dollars on a better hotel. Vending machine machines did not work and the staff recommended. I go buy drinks from across the street. "

"Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location."
