"There are only 3 lifts but they work very efficiently. I stayed at 19th floor but didn't have to wait long every time I press for the lift. The staff are courteous, and breakfast is excellent. On the whole, an excellent experience at Amari. "

"Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor....

"This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay. Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient. The only room for improvement (RFI):- 1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning. 2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend. 3) Kindly...
