"I arrived about 11pm & the front desk attendant was new (she told me) & could not figure out how to check me in. I got to my room, used the bathroom right away-the toilet paper roll was empty, there were used towels hanging behind the door, there was a used plastic fork on the floor & the carpet definitely was not vacuumed. There were ants in the bathroom, too. "
