"The staff here are very helpful and the location is really close to a lot of things you'd want to see or do in Amman. However, traffic in Amman is loud and people really like to honk their horns a lot. If you're a light sleeper, I think you'll struggle with any place in this part of the city, but if the sounds of the city don't bother you and convenience is key then this would suit you well.
