"The room was very nice, has a balcony, television, some smaller closets, tatami matress, a middle size table with floor chairs and futons. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers us, was our entry room door, it was very loud while opening, we think it needs some oiling, but besides that, everything was very pleasent."

"What a magical hotel complex! The buildings and grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The hospitality we experienced was like none other. The hotel was easily accessed via the Tozan train. It's a short walk to the hotel from Miyanoshita Station, but there is a hotel shuttle available if preferred. We stayed in the Forest Wing and the rooms were comfortable (firm mattress!) and clean. The breakfast was delicious with amazing presentation on China and silver dishes. So many...

"到着時の応接から、帰るまでスタッフの対応はホスピタリティに溢れた素晴らしい対応で感心しました。 夕食、朝食共に施設内レストランでの提供でしたが、こちらも美味しいとか言いようがない程の美味しさでした。近隣にある他の施設も使った事がありますが、次元の異なる美味しさだと思います。 客室も清潔で、使いやすい仕組みとなっています。ベットも好みの固さで良く眠れました。 客室のお風呂も温泉を引き込んでおり、湯浴みを楽しめました。 改善ができるならと思う点は、 風呂場の水捌けに工夫が居ると思う 川側は景観が残念に感じる。川向こうの建物が近く、景観を損ねている事、露天なので簾を落として入らざるを得ず、結果的に景観については、無かった事にせざるを得ないです。 以外は、パーフェクトな施設です。 また美味しい食事と心地よいサービスを受けに行きたいと思います。"

"11月宿泊だったので大浴場が良かった。2名だったので一緒にお風呂に入れて時間節約になったし、ドライヤーはリファとダイソンだった。ジャンプーもローラアシュレイか何かでハーブの香りに癒されました。 チェックインアウトも全く混雑しておらずスムーズにできた。対応も良かった。 ロビーも高級感があって良かった。 近くにコンビニやファミレスもあるので深夜にホテルに戻って来ても安心感がある。 横浜駅がダンジョンで交番で場所を聞いたが道は平坦で舗装も綺麗なのでスーツケースも楽々。"
