"The self service laundy washers and dryers need attention. We waste a lot time and money trying to do our laundry. Spent hours trying to dry our clothes and it didn’t work out. Many other people had the same problem. This is a very important amenity for a lot of tourists that choose this hotel over another. Please take care of this problem as soon as possible."
