"Alles super"

"We had a standard double room which was in lovely condition and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and modern with a walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet even though we had a room next to the elevator. Staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful. Position of the hotel was superb right in the centre near the spring waters. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel and the restaurant served different meals to suit all tastes."

"Wir waren hauptsächlich dort, um Wellness zu machen. Zu unserer Zeit war leider das Dampfbad defekt (angebotenes Hammam haben wir leider nicht gefunden beziehungsweise nicht genutzt). In der Damen Sauna war das Kaltbecken gar nicht erst gefüllt, aber die Sauna knackig heiß. Die Liegen waren blankes Holz, und es gab keine gemütliche Auflagen. "Abendessen war unter der Woche super, jedoch am Wochenende nochmal ein stück besser. Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Anwendungen sind professionell organisiert und sehr gut."

"I stayed at this hotel late March / Early April 2026. The staff were attentive and friendly and my room was really big. Breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. I was given a lovely drink and treat on check in and was shown around the hotel by a member of staff which was a lovely touch. I would have given a higher rating but there was a really bad smell in my room the first 3 days. We were informed there was a problem with the water so on my last night we had no water from 10pm...

"We booked for thermal pool and we enjoyed in thermal area a lot. The room has nice view , equipment was enough but bed was so uncomfortable, pilow was not comfortable, blanket was small for my husband he could not turn other side because not open himself during night, ... i tried to call reception and ask for extra pillow i need to sleep with high pillow but phone did not work. So next time we will go for thermal but not stay at hotel. "

"Very nice, clean room, heated bathroom floor was nice, elevator for luggage was very welcoming, great quality cookwares, and it is a plus to have paper towels and face tissue in the room. It might be challenging for some guests because this hotel is on very steep hill."

"Einfaches Hotel, sauber und in phantastischer Lage. Das Frühstück gab es im nahe gelegenen Hotel „Salvator“, als Buffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation per WhatsApp auf Deutsch. Sowohl alle Erläuterungen zum Check-in wie auch Nachfragen zum Parken wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Danke!"
