"We had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. It was clear that guest satisfaction was a priority. The only minor hiccup during our stay was a billing issue. However, once we brought it to the staff’s attention, it was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. We truly appreciated their...

"Very clean, great location and helpful staff"

"Loved it so much we tried to book an extra night but it was full. We were offered to pay a nominal amount for an upgraded room which included parking, breakfast, mini bar and access to executive lounge and was well worth it. Our room was fabulous, large and modern. Coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Great location right next to main shopping area. Breakfast was outstanding with a large selection of items. Parking was located in underground parkade with elevator to rooms which was handy with...

"The room and bathroom were terribly small. The layout was ill conceived with the WC so close to the vanity that you felt constrained. The hotel is the least friendly hotel we have ever experienced if you have a mobility limitation; we were original assigned a room on the 1st floor entailing 15 steps down and 3 up. We changed to a more accessible room on the 3rd floor with 11 steps up!! To access the bar from the lobby is 10 steps up!! We understand it is a historic building, however the...

"War alles super, schönen Spa Bereich (kostet extra). Frühstück war ok"

"Pros : Close to the centre station for buses and trains. Beds is comfortable. Cons : The room is very small. washroom is very small and no toiletries available for travelers like us. Found a cocroach (thankfully only 1) Carpet is dirty ( i brought my own sandal, thank God)."
