"It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience."

"We got to the hotel at the end of a dirt roa, to check in, at around 7:15pm. The main gate was SHUT and there WAS NO ONE THERE.. We asked s couple of neighbors who said the guard had left and they hadn’t seen any guests come there for a while. It was raining and dark, we were stranded in the area which was new to us, went to two different hotels and finally after two hours found somewhere to stay for the night. "This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing...
