"Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us"

"It was a trip to relax a bit before having my baby, so it was perfect to stay in front of the beach, with a stunning view. The place is very calm, and there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good with a lot of options. The traffic around was not really good, which made our taxi rides a bit more expensive - this was the only part that we didn’t like, but of course it’s not the hotels fault. Just be aware that...

As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!"
