"This property is conveniently located and affordable. The bed is hard and the room is small. But if you're like me and just need a safe place to rest at night then this is a great spot. It's easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and convenience stores. The train terminal was a 20 minute walk. The front desk staff were friendly. It is basic, but I would stay here again."

"I stayed in a non-themed Queen room, and had a very enjoyable experience, with clean facilities friendly staff and ideal location for sight seeing. We also greatly appreciated the foot massager especially after the long days of sight seeing. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future and would recommend to others staying in Kyoto for the first time."
