"Drinks are 3 times more expensive in the hotel to what they are outside. The doors slam loud causing the room to literally vibrate. But everything else is amazing. The property is spotlessly clean. The choices for breakfast is amazing. Staff are brilliant."

"We loved it here! The lawn area of the beach and the umbrella huts were so great to spend time close to the beach and still be comfortable. Great pools! Big rooms and very clean. Would stay here again!"

"The air conditioning unit was dirty, we fell sick few days because of that"

"The rooms are clean, but a little tired. Air con in my room was old and noisy, the other room we had it was more modern. The banging of other guests doors reverberate throughout the building which could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Anna on reception is very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty good with a 6 minute walk to the heart of the town. The canteen is just about ok, decent coffee, but the breakfast are not up to much, and the canteen is very noisy with lots of...

"Hotel Puerta de Nerja was perfect for our stay! Ideally located, beautifully maintained, and very well managed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and an excellent bed. Despite the local festival taking place during our visit, outside noise was barely noticeable at night, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The only minor downside was that our room was on the first floor, right next to reception and the lift, so we could occasionally hear noise from other...

"Es pequeño pero cómodo y bonito. El servicio es muy bueno."

"Pésima cama dura dormir en el piso y la cama era lo mismo"

"Great location"

"Good clean budget accommodation, close to centre, not too far from beaches."

"Oasis of tranquility we are considering having our wedding there."

"Staff were really friendly and perfect location in Nerja"

"Très bien"

"It is very well placed location wise. It was clean and serviceable but not fancy."

"We were given a 3 bedroom apartment but only requested a 1 bedroom apartment. This obviously wasn't a problem for us! We would have preferred a larger balcony as suggested in the photos on the website! Also feel it should be clearer that the property is situated on a very steep slope! Not a problem if you have a car which we didn't!!"

"I would consider this place to be a ONE star motel. It is run down, uncomfortable and just awful. It was barely clean enough to stay in. I would not recommend it."

"Lovely place to stay in the middle of Town. Easy walking distance of several beaches, with one just the other side of the road. Restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops on the doorstep so doesn’t matter not on site. Room was compact, but well designed and everything worked well. USB points by the bed. Refreshing shower. Paid extra to stay second floor with Juliet balcony and sea view and would do so again. Hustle and bustle outside disappeared when the doors were shut and aircon worked well...

"Super schoon en midden in het dorp"
