"Requested a top floor room but received a lower room & could hear the guest staying above us. Toilet paper holder was in a poor location. Shampoo holder was ripped off the shower wall. Bath towels were very thin & poor condition. Had to always ask for clean towels; waste basket disposal; clean pillow cases, etc. Not much room for hanging items or putting clothing in drawers.
