"Both myself and my son have walking difficulties lifts were always readily available The studios were very modern , spacious and very clean The whole hotel was spotless The staff could not of been more helpful . "Inside and around the bed was swarming with tiny insects. I had to wait until the next day to change room. When reported to reception no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service was minimal. Not what I would expect for a 4 star resort."
